BCBG Fashion Spring 2008
The BSBG spring 2009 show featured metropolitan colors, designs cut at an angle, and plenty of free-flowing fabric. Skirt and dress length varied playfully, with some designs skimming the floor while many skimmed inner thighs. Teals, grays, blacks, and occasional splashes of orange graced the runway.
Once warmer weather rolls around, these flowing fabrics will look great with
chunky shoes. BCBG’s Dida, right, would match wonderfully. With a sturdy, thick heel, and rubber sole, the Dida’s classic style is offset by an asymmetrical bow and quilted stitch pattern. These shoes complement winter and early spring fashions alike, so they won’t see the inside of your closet too much– you’ll want to wear them every day.
If you prefer flats, try BCBG’s Elicia. Elicias (left) will have you singing "I feel pretty," thanks to a softly pointed toe, floral details, and sweet teal color option.
