Designer Shoes, eBay, and Charity
What do shoes, eBay, and charity have in common? On their own, nothing. But combine the three and you have a charitable campaign where everyone wins. Starting tomorrow and lasting through February 10th, the World Shoe and Accessories (WSA) organization will be auctioning off items from their collection of designer shoes and handbags. All the proceeds benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF).
I can’t think of a better way for women to help other women. More than 200 different items will be up for bids from designers like Angeleigh Anastasio, Anne Klein, Bettye Muller, Constanca
Basto, Detny by Shane & Shawn, Georgina Goodman, Harrys of London,
Michael Kors, Missoni, Ralph Lauren, and Stuart Weitzman, just to name a few. Most of the auctions will begin at $9.99 for designer shoes and bags regularly priced between $85 and $700. Happy bidding.
